Requirements
Booking and Requirements
When placing an order, ensure you have selected the correct type and specified all the required particulars, including length, reference format and due date. Commencement depends on the availability of a writer and their existing workload at the time. Usually, around 7-10 days advance booking is required unless the order is short and urgentBook.
Urgency
Urgent Orders
An urgent order is treated as one that is due within three days of booking. It is not always possible that an urgent order can be fulfilled, especially if work is already underway on another order or the quantity is too much to be done within a short time span. If confirmed, urgent orders incur 10% extra charge and there is no discount on them.
Pages
Word Count
The number of pages is calculated based on 250 words per page regardless of the line spacing. This may differ from the physical number of pages or what is shown in the document, and it does not include the title/cover and any other part of the front/end matter. In the case of a dissertation for example, the word count is made from the beginning of the introduction chapter to the end of the conclusion chapter, so it also excludes the abstract, acknowledgements, TOC, acronyms, references, appendices, etc.
Payment
Payment-related Information
Payment is due in advance unless agreed otherwise or if the length is not known at the outset. Payment in instalments may be possible for larger orders but the first portion or instalment must be made in advance.

When enquiring or placing an order, please confirm that you would like us to proceed in order to retain the booking. Sending a payment is taken as automatic confirmation.

Cancellation
If cancelling a booking
If you wish to cancel an order before work commences on it, please notify us immediately. If you cancel within three days of the scheduled commencement, you may incur a 10% penalty when getting a refund to cover the loss. Once the work is in progress, payment will be due for the work done up to that moment. No refund is possible if the work is completed.
